Firenze Mambo Congress is a 100% Mambo & Salsa Congress taking place January 29–31, 2027, at Hotel Delta Florence in Calenzano, Italy. Friday check-in begins at 3:00 PM, followed by afternoon workshops across multiple rooms. The evening includes showtime and a party.

Workshops continue Saturday morning and afternoon, then again Sunday morning and afternoon. Saturday also features showtime and a party. The program concludes on Sunday with a closing social and live concert, ending at 9:00 PM.

The summer promotion is available through August 30, with a €130 Full Pass for stages and nights without an overnight stay; a €210 Full Pass for stages and nights with bed and breakfast; and a €265 Full Pass for stages and nights with an overnight stay and dinners. Buffet dinners are scheduled Friday and Saturday, while lunches are scheduled Saturday and Sunday at the hotel.

The hotel offers private, secure, free parking, and the Delta Florence bus stops outside. Pratignone station is a few minutes’ walk away, an airport shuttle is available on request, and attendees may request late checkout until 7:00 PM.
