Garden City Salsa brings a beginner-friendly community dance class to the Western Montana State Fair, followed by student performances debuting two brand-new routines.

It all happens on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Missoula Fairgrounds in the Historic Plaza. The hour is designed to be welcoming for first-timers and fun for friends who want to jump in together. After the free lesson, the spotlight shifts to the performance showcase, where students take the floor and the crowd gets to cheer them on.

Admission to this class is free, so it’s an easy add-on to a fair day of wandering, watching, and trying something new.
