Rookie Social and Latin Strand van Oost at Orchid House

Extremos hosts a Rookie Social followed by Latin Strand van Oost at Orchid House in Amsterdam on October 25, 2026. DJ Ivanito plays salsa and bachata across the afternoon, with a session for beginners and improvers from 14:00 to 16:00 and the regular social from 16:00 to 19:00.

The Rookie Social includes a merengue workshop from 14:15 to 14:45. No dance experience is needed for the workshop, and friends who have never taken a class are welcome. The early session gives newer dancers time to practice before the floor opens to everyone.

Entry to the Rookie Social, including the workshop, is free with advance registration through Bueno or €5 at the door. Every participant must register separately using their own Bueno account.

The regular salsa and bachata social from 16:00 to 19:00 is free. Rookie participants are welcome to stay and dance with people at other levels.
