Rueda Exchange Festival returns for three days of Salsa Cubana and Rueda de Casino connection, learning, and community, running June 26–28, 2026.

Hosted by LAfrique Dance Company, the weekend is built for Rueda enthusiasts and Rueda groups who want to exchange patterns, pick up new figures, and train with guest instructors. Friday kicks off with the Lafrique XXL Summer SBK Party, mixing workshops with a big social night across three dance areas: Salsa Cubana, Salsa LA/Bachata, and a Kizomba mix. Saturday continues with workshop rounds, social time and dinner, then a full evening party again spread across the three rooms. Sunday wraps with more workshops and a matinee featuring live music.

Across Saturday and Sunday, dancers can choose from many workshops offered at multiple levels, including open level, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Groups are also invited to bring their Rueda crew and perform demos or shows during the weekend. The festival takes place at Akoesticum, a short walk from Ede-Wageningen station, with free parking behind the venue, and dancers are asked to avoid sharp heels to protect the wooden floors.
