Ritmo Dance Social is a salsa-forward Latin dance night in Durham with a welcoming, community-driven vibe and a strong On2/mambo influence.
The evening starts with a lesson at 9:00 PM, then opens into social dancing from 9:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Music stays in the Latin lane with a mix that includes salsa, bachata, and cha cha, with occasional guest lessons and performances.
Hosted by Julio Marrero (Latin Vibes Entertainment), this is a great fit for dancers who want a true social dance experience with high-energy music and a friendly floor. Admission is $20.
It takes place at Move With Grace Ballroom at 4015 University Dr, Suite K in Durham.
