Salsa at The Park is a free, all-ages outdoor concert and dance series presented by Oak City Music Collective at Knightdale Station Park.
Each Second Friday evening kicks off at 6:00 PM with a beginner-friendly community salsa lesson, then the park turns into an open-air dance floor as a live salsa orchestra plays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Alongside the dancing and live music, attendees can expect a curated vendor market and food trucks on site. Designed for dancers, music lovers, families, and first-time attendees alike, the series keeps the vibe welcoming and easy to jump into.
The 2026 dates for the series are July 10, August 14, September 11, and October 9, all running 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. With the park setting just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, it’s a great pick for a summer night out that feels festive, community-centered, and completely free.
