Salsa Footwork, Body Movement & Musicality is a 6-week solo course led by Alberto Tontoni for dancers who have the basics and want more flavor, soul, and depth in their movement.

Across the series, the focus is on salsa instruments and musicality, how to translate rhythmic patterns into footwork (shines/pasitos), and body movement fundamentals that add color to the salsa basic step. The course is designed for dancers who want more elegance, agility, and creativity, and for anyone who sometimes struggles with timing and wants a clearer connection to the music.

Previous mambo experience is not required, and no partner is needed since this is a solo course. Classes run on Thursdays from May 7 through June 25, 2026, from 20:00 to 21:00.

The course takes place at Bergen Internasjonale Kultursenter (BIKS), 4th floor. Full price is 590 NOK, with a student price of 390 NOK (ID required).
