Salsa and Bachata Classes at Contigo Danseskole

Contigo Danseskole offers Cuban salsa, Dominican bachata, and Rueda de Casino classes in Oslo, with instruction available from complete beginners through advanced dancers.

The seven-week term runs from October 12 to November 26, 2026, with classes taking place Monday through Thursday. Bachata classes are held on Mondays, along with a practice session from 8:15 PM to 10:00 PM. Class times vary throughout the week, with the earliest sessions beginning at 5:00 PM.

Beginners can start from scratch, while more experienced dancers can continue developing their skills through higher-level courses. No partner is required, and partners rotate regularly during classes.

The teaching team includes Johan Vorgaard, Andrés Estévez, Maritje Yasmin Wangen, Lars Erik Wik, Annika Burgold, Linn Lien Lømo, and Jennifer Lopez Schotes.

One fixed weekly course costs 1,449 NOK for the full seven-week term, or 1,299 NOK for students and seniors. Packages are also available for two or three courses, along with a Full Pass for four or more courses selected in advance.

Registration is handled through Letsreg, with payment accepted by card or Vipps. Since the current term is already underway, new students should email kontakt@contigodans.no with their preferred class before registering. Joining mid-course depends on available space.

Contigo Danseskole is located approximately a five-minute walk from Stortinget metro station in Oslo. Students should bring indoor dance shoes with smooth, light-colored, non-marking soles.
