PSBC’s Bachatopia 2026 is a Bachata congress at heart, with plenty of salsa all weekend. The event runs from 10:00 AM on Friday, November 6, 2026, through 3:00 AM on Monday, November 9, 2026, at Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport in Essington.

Workshops run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for beginner through experienced dancers. No partner is required for most workshops, and classes rotate partners. After the workshops, the weekend continues with performances and late-night social dancing to salsa, bachata, and other Latin dance styles. Social dancing in all ballrooms until 5:00 AM.

Full event pass: $150 early bird, $210 regular, or $250 at the door
Adult performer pass: $165
Youth performer pass for dancers age 16 or younger: $100
Daily and evening passes are also available

Complimentary parking and airport shuttle service are available. The hotel is minutes from Philadelphia International Airport, and rooms with one king or two queen beds are $119 for November 6, 7, and 8, 2026.
