Bachata Sensual Festival SoCal is a Bachata Sensual festival running November 12 to 16, 2026, with its main program at Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine in San Diego. A Thursday preparty runs from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM, leading into three days of workshops, showcases, competition rounds, and late-night social dancing.

Friday workshops run from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, while Saturday and Sunday workshops run from noon to 6:00 PM. Instructors are Korke & Judith; Alonso & Noelia; Irene & Tomas.

Music comes from DJ The Don; DJ Valeriia; DJ Encanto; DJ Tim. Showcases take place Friday and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Jack & Jill qualifiers and preliminaries are Friday from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with semifinals and finals at the same time on Saturday.

Friday and Saturday socials continue from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, while Sunday’s social runs from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The Hyatt room rate is $189 per night when reserved by October 23, 2026.

Valet, self-parking, and covered parking are available at the hotel. The venue offers a full-service hotel setting for the main festival program, while the Thursday preparty is scheduled separately.
