About this event
Sunset Salsa Rooftop Dance Party brings a sunset salsa and bachata night to the Byrdhouse rooftop at the Graduate Hotel in Richmond on the second Friday and last Sunday of each month.
The evening begins with a 6:00–6:30 PM lesson designed to be welcoming for all levels, with no partner or prior experience required. From 6:30–9:00 PM, the rooftop turns into a social dance party with music from DJ Bones, mixing salsa, bachata, merengue, and cha cha. With skyline views and rooftop cocktails, it’s an easygoing way to catch the breeze and dance as the sun goes down.
Entry is $5, and a portion of ticket sales for Friday events supports the Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center. Presented by Mambo Bones Salsa Dance Studio.
