About this event

Starlight Salsa brings a Friday night of salsa dancing and community to Stargazer Cocktails and Coffee in Austin on August 28, 2026.

Presented by Rhythm House ATX, the evening begins at 8:00 PM with an open-level salsa lesson taught by Lisa Vargas. The class is beginner-friendly, making it an easy entry point for first-time dancers while still offering a useful warm-up for more experienced guests.

Social dancing follows after the lesson, with DJ Big J playing salsa favorites until midnight.

Admission is $10.

Guests who arrive early can also take advantage of Stargazer’s drink specials before 7:00 PM.
