2015 SF Salsa Festival Coming Next Weekend

The 7th Annual San Francisco Salsa Festival is happening next weekend from April 2-4! The SF Salsa Festival is one of the largest salsa events of the year, and is sure to bring hundreds of dancers together in San Francisco for an awesome weekend of dancing!

Organized by Salsamania Dance Company, the SF Salsa Festival is a weekend-long event filled with workshops, performances, live music, and dancing. The party kicks off on Thursday night at Club Verdi where the party will go until 2am and dancers will get a taste of what’s in store for the festival.

The party moves to the Park Central Luxury Hotel (formerly the Westin Market Street) on Friday night, with a night of performances, competitions, and live music by Avance.

Saturday there are workshops all day from some of the best salsa dancers in the world, including 4-time World Champions Rafael & Carine from Brazil, and World Latin Dance Cup Champions Nicolas & Caterine from Colombia. The workshops run all day, and are capped by an evening of performances and dancing to live music from the New Swing Sextet.
