Garry Johnson

Garry Johnson has been dancing and teaching professionally for over 20 years and has developed a unique style which he calls “freestyle” salsa – the style has a heavy Cuban influence. He likes to point out that the goal of his teaching philosophy is to allow his students to dance freely with salsa dancers of any style.

Garry has also been running the hugely popular Sunday Social at the Allegro Ballroom for well over ten years, and has garnered a loyal and devoted following.
