Rapture’s salsa courses are a structured option for Perth dancers who want a progressive six-week path rather than a one-off drop-in. The next term starts in June 2026, with students able to attend the weekly course on Monday or Thursday.

Chris De Souza teaches three levels at Bayswater Community Centre: Level 1 beginner/intermediate, Level 2 intermediate, and Level 3 intermediate/advanced Mambo On2. Level 1 is open to people without prior experience, while the later blocks give continuing students a more focused curriculum.

Classes run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with each level meeting for an hour. The six-week salsa course is $140, the salsa and bachata package is $240, and students use the rear entrance after hours; free parking is available on the main road and in the car park beside the building.
