SBK Ottawa Year-End Latin Festival 2026 brings four days of end-of-year Latin dance energy to Ottawa from December 28–31, 2026, gathering dancers for workshops, socials, performances, and a New Year’s Eve celebration.

Across the weekend, the festival spotlights multiple styles including salsa, bachata, kizomba, hip-hop, and reggaeton, with a mix of learning and social dancing built into each day. Saturday, December 28 opens with opening workshops in the early evening, followed by a welcome social later that night. Sunday, December 29 continues with intermediate workshop sessions during the day and an evening social. Monday, December 30 features advanced workshop sessions and a late-night social.

New Year’s Eve on Tuesday, December 31 includes final workshops, showcase performances in the evening, and the New Year’s Eve celebration to close out the festival. A special “Jack & Jill with a Twist” is also part of the weekend, designed to be welcoming for all levels and friendly for anyone attending without a partner.

SBK Ottawa also highlights community impact, sharing that the event supports autism initiatives. With its year-end timing and stacked dance-floor schedule, it’s a natural fit for dancers who want both training and plenty of social time heading into the new year.
