About this event
Baza Fridays is a vibrant weekly Latin dance social hosted by Baza Dance Studios in downtown Vancouver. Every Friday night, dancers gather for an open-level lesson at 9:40 PM, followed by social dancing from 10:10 PM to 1:00 AM.
The event features three dedicated rooms: Bachata in Bottega, Salsa in Studio B, and Kizomba in Studio A. On every fourth Friday, the room assignments rotate to include Zouk, offering a dynamic experience for attendees.
Admission is $15 general or $10 for Baza Members and university/college students with valid ID. Doors open at 9:30 PM, and the last song plays at 1:00 AM.
Tunes are provided by a rotating schedule of guest DJs, ensuring fresh and exciting music each week. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or new to the scene, Baza Fridays offers an inclusive and energetic atmosphere to dance the night away.
