Ohio’s SaBaKiZou 2025 brings back the energy of the former Columbus Salsa Bachata Weekend with a dynamic three-day celebration of Latin and Afro-Caribbean dance. Set for September 26–28, 2025, this long-awaited return features a packed schedule of workshops, socials, and themed parties—highlighting the best of salsa, bachata, kizomba, and zouk.
The weekend kicks off Friday night with a “Rep Your City” pre-party at Dance Edge Ballroom—free for pass holders—featuring high-energy music and a welcoming crowd to start the festivities.
Saturday and Sunday are filled with daytime workshops led by top instructors, covering multiple styles and levels to help dancers build technique, connection, and musicality. Evening socials follow, with Saturday’s Red Carpet Party spotlighting performances and DJ sets that keep the energy high into the early hours.
On Sunday, the event wraps with a Tropical Day Party and poolside celebration, combining sunshine, good vibes, and one last chance to connect on the dance floor.
Held at the Courtyard by Marriott Columbus West/Hilliard, the entire weekend is designed for convenience and community, with room blocks available for out-of-town guests just steps from the main ballroom.
