Domingos de Baile is FRESH & CHILL’s weekly Sunday afternoon reset—easygoing Latin social dancing with that end-of-weekend glow.

The afternoon starts at 4:00 PM with a lesson led by a member of STL United, then opens up into social dancing until 8:30 PM. No partner is required, making it a welcoming option for first-timers and regulars alike.

The music mix is built for variety, with salsa and bachata in the rotation alongside merengue, cumbia, and zouk, and DJ Jay keeping the energy moving from start to finish. With no cover, it’s a simple drop-in plan for anyone who wants to unwind, connect, and dance their Sunday worries away.

It all happens at FRESH & CHILL, a Latin-Caribbean spot in South St. Louis that pairs food, music, and community under one roof.
