About this event

OroPuro Dance Community in Amsterdam offers a full weekly program of salsa and mambo training, plus a late-night salsa social every Sunday.

Courses include beginners salsa, mambo On2 (semi-advanced & advanced), cha cha cha (partnerwork & choreography), and solo training with Rodolfo’s Jam Session. Classes are taught by a team of expert instructors including Kai, Rodolfo, and Lara. Students can join via drop-in, punchcard, or subscription using the Bueno app.

Every Sunday night, La Salsoteca takes over the studio with DJ Alfredo & Poetic Motion spinning Latin grooves from 2:00 AM to 7:30 AM, making it a popular destination for Amsterdam’s salsa night owls. OroPuro serves as a hub for the Cuban and Mambo dance community.
