The evening begins with a gala showcase from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring more than twenty performances from multiple dance schools.

From 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, the event continues with salsa and bachata social dancing, with music provided by DJ David.

Showcase-and-party admission costs NZ$30 plus a booking fee. Party-only admission is NZ$15, with tickets available online and at the door.

Free parking is available in the main venue car park after 5:00 PM, with additional free three-hour parking on Motions Road. TAPAC is also near the Auckland Zoo and MOTAT bus stops on Great North Road and Meola Road.

The venue’s right-side entrance has a ramp leading into the foyer, which is level with the theatre and studios. An accessible toilet cubicle is available in the foyer.

Wheelchair-accessible theatre tickets can be booked by calling TAPAC at 09 845 0295.
