Hanmer Salsa Festival 2027
Thanks! We’ll review ASAP.
About this event
Hanmer Salsa Festival returns to Hanmer Springs, New Zealand, on August 20 and 21, 2027.
The winter dance weekend combines salsa and bachata workshops with evening social dancing in the alpine village.
Jaime Jesús and Mary Grace are featured teachers for 2027. Daytime workshops focus on dance technique, connection, and musicality, followed by social dancing in the evening.
Hanmer Springs is also known for its thermal pools, which can be visited separately from the dance program unless a festival package specifically includes admission.
Attendees should check their selected festival pass for workshop and party inclusions.
Important: Event times are subject to change. Always double-check with the event organizer before making plans.
