Vitalidad Movement Arts Center (VMAC) offers weekly salsa classes every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Portland, Oregon. These classes are structured across five progressive levels, from beginner to advanced, allowing dancers to grow confidently.
Classes focus on partner work, timing, technique, and musicality in a supportive and professional environment. In addition to salsa, VMAC also offers classes in other dance styles such as Bachata, Brazilian Zouk, and West Coast Swing.
All classes are held at VMAC’s permanent location on E Burnside St. No partner is required to join.
