About this event

Beginner and intermediate salsa dance lessons every Thursday at The Get Down in Japan Town in San Jose. Beginner lessons are from 8-9pm, followed by intermediate lessons from 9-10pm.

Taught by Alyssa Aguilar, the program is designed to teach students the technique behind salsa dancing, starting at a basic level and progressing to more intermediate moves. Along with mastering the basic moves, students will learn about the music, history and culture that makes Salsa the vibrant street dance it is today.

This is a progressive series and students can sign up for each season via The Get Down website. No partner necessary.
