Timbatonazo Summer Festival 2026 is a four-day Cuban Salsa and Timba festival at Hotel Don Ángel in Santa Susanna, near the beach, from August 20 to 23. Organized by Zaragozando a lo Cubano, it begins Thursday at 4:00 PM and continues through Sunday at 7:00 PM with workshops, pool parties, evening parties, social dancing, shows, and open rumbas.
More than 40 master workshops explore Cuban dance, music, and culture through practical sessions, conferences, and talks. The teaching lineup includes Mercedes Sayut, Chiky Cuba, Hector Oviedo, Diana Rodriguez, and Yohan y Maya among 18 listed artists. Other instructors include Yandro Alcantara, Pedrito & Giusy, William Díaz, Neilys & Michael, Adry Rumberito, Yohan Lamoru, and Yandro & Noe.
Live Cuban percussion accompanies professional and amateur shows, while team battles and at least three Cuban night parties round out the program.
Night-party passes start at €20, with 25 additional ticket options covering different event and hotel combinations. Food and drinks are available at the hotel, free parking is provided, and Santa Susanna train station is nearby. Minors may attend when accompanied, and the hotel setting keeps accommodation, dance rooms, the pool, and festival activities in one place.
