John Narvaez

John Freddy Narvaez is an internationally recognized award-winning performer and competitor whose passion and drive have seen him place numerous times in the World Salsa Championships, the World Latin Cup, and the US Salsa Open.

Together with Liz Rojas, John is the founder of the annual San Francisco Salsa Festival and co-director of the East Bay’s Salsamania Dance Company, which is one of the largest salsa dance companies in the Bay Area, known for their exciting choreography and fast footwork.

John is on the current season of “America’s Got Talent” where he performing a same-gender salsa routine with his partner, Andrew Cervantes. The couple was featured on the 2nd episode of the show, and made it through the audition round with four “yesses”.
