Orders and shipping
When will my order ship?
Products are made to order. Production normally takes 3 to 5 business days before an order ships.
How long does standard shipping take?
After production, standard shipping normally takes 5 to 7 business days to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Delivery to other countries normally takes 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation when it is available. If you did not receive a confirmation or need help locating an order, contact us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Available shipping destinations, methods, and costs are shown at checkout. International delivery estimates can be affected by customs.
Returns, refunds, and payments
What is the return window?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Review the Refund and Returns Policy for the current terms.
How do I start a return?
Select the Return Item(s) link in your order confirmation email. If that link is unavailable, contact us with your order number.
Who pays return shipping?
Salsa Vida pays return shipping when we sent an incorrect or defective item. See the Refund and Returns Policy for other returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are generally received within one week. Payment providers may need 2 to 3 business days to process the credit.
Is an account required to order?
No. You can check out as a guest when guest checkout is available.
How is my payment information handled?
Payments are processed by supported payment providers. Salsa Vida does not store full payment card numbers. Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
