Salsa Styling and Choreography with Louise Hägglund offers a four-week series of solo salsa classes for women at Umeå Folkets Hus in Umeå, Sweden. Beginning Sunday, November 1, 2026, the courses take place over four Sundays in November, providing opportunities to develop styling, musicality, confidence, and choreography skills.

The beginner group meets from 1:40 PM to 2:40 PM and is designed for dancers with limited experience, including those who already dance salsa but want to build confidence in solo movement. The classes provide a supportive environment to explore salsa styling and learn choreography at a comfortable pace.

The continuing group runs from 2:50 PM to 3:50 PM and is intended for dancers who already have experience with salsa and choreography. Participants can further develop their technique, refine their movements, and strengthen their musical expression through choreographed combinations.

Each four-lesson course costs 550 SEK, with a maximum of ten participants per group. Spaces are limited, and registration is available by contacting Louise Hägglund through Messenger.
