My Little Havana offers a four-week Sunday Cuban salsa course series in Hawthorne, Brisbane, with options for both beginners and improvers.
Beginners can choose from Cuban Salsa and Rueda courses that cover the basics of partner dancing, foundational movement, and social dance skills. No previous dance experience or partner is required, making these courses a welcoming entry point for new dancers.
Improvers can continue building their skills with Salsa Solo Timba and Salsa Partner Timba courses. These classes focus on footwork, musicality, styling, and partner work, giving dancers a chance to deepen their Cuban salsa technique and confidence.
The course dates are May 31, June 7, June 14, and June 28, with no class on June 21 during Havana In The City. Each four-week course is $99.
