Super Mario (real name Mario Hazarika), is a salsa instructor based in London and the director of Salsa4Fun. Known as the “Million Moves Man,” he specializes in cross-body salsa partnerwork, teaching both On1 and On2. His classes focus on combinations that can be led clearly and comfortably on the social dance floor.
Originally from India, Hazarika moved to the United Kingdom as a teenager and began dancing salsa in 1998. He developed an international teaching career through congresses and workshops, while continuing to teach in London. His early recognition included student-voted UK teaching awards in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
At Salsa4Fun, his teaching uses a progressive structure that takes dancers from basic foundations toward more involved partnerwork. Musicality and communication between leader and follower are central to that process. He works with fellow instructors including Kristina Hazarika, and the school offers a regular base for the approach he shares at international salsa events.
