Agua Dance, the Italian performance team directed by internationally known dancer Antonio Berardi, brought salsa to one of the UK’s biggest TV stages with a high-energy audition on Britain’s Got Talent, airing on March 21, 2026.
The routine was an all-men’s performance footwork routine performed to Cuba by The Gibson Brothers. Dressed in matching white suits, the group came out with strong musicality and clean synchronization, then pushed the performance into full show mode with a crowd-pleasing shirt-removal moment that clearly landed with both the audience and judges.
ITV described the audition as “extra-spicy,” and the performance quickly stood out as one of the more memorable dance moments from the Birmingham auditions. Guest judge Stacey Solomon’s reaction became part of the story as well, with ITV previewing the act ahead of the episode as one to watch.

For salsa fans, it was a fun mainstream TV moment. This was obviously a talent-show version of salsa, built for prime-time entertainment, but it still put Latin dance styling, rhythm, and performance quality in front of a huge national audience.
Just as importantly, Agua Dance did enough to move on from the audition stage and stay in the competition. Dates for the live rounds haven’t been announced yet as auditions are still ongoing, but salsa-fans across Europe and around the world are sure to be tuning in and cheering the team on.
