Pierpaolo Stellato, better known as Pablito Stellato, is an Italian salsa dancer, choreographer and instructor based in Cosenza, Italy. He is the founder of Pablito y su Mezcla Latina, the creator of Pablito Style, and a major figure in the Italian salsa performance circuit.
Pablito y su Mezcla Latina was founded in 2013 and has built its identity around stage-focused salsa, partnerwork and high-energy choreography. The team has appeared at international events including Benidorm Salsa Congress, Lebanon Latin Festival, Cyprus Salsa Congress, Singapore International Latin Festival, Israeli Salsa & Bachata Congress and Las Vegas Super Congress.
Pablito’s teaching centers on body movement, musical expression, partnerwork, shines and performance quality. His classes and workshops are often framed around Pablito Style, a movement approach that gives dancers a sharper stage presence while keeping the dancing playful and musical.
He is also connected to the Mi Tierra Latin Festival and Mi Tierra World Competition projects, including a competition format that combines show performance with improvisation to live music. Between his team, festival work and teaching, Pablito has become one of the more recognizable Italian salsa artists for dancers who follow European congresses.
